CPSA

The Clay Pigeon Shooting Association, or CPSA as it is more commonly known, is the governing body for clay shooting in England. It is an organisation that focuses on looking after its 20,000 plus members, 450 plus Club members and protecting the sport that is loved by us all.
Clay pigeon shooting is one of the country’s fastest growing sports and is enjoyed by people of all ages from a wide variety of social backgrounds. It is an incredibly addictive sport and can be enjoyed on an informal or formal basis at gun clubs and shooting schools across the country.
It can also if desired, be extremely competitive, with members frequently competing at County, Regional, National and International levels.
More recently there has been a significant increase in the number of women and children taking part, which makes clay pigeon shooting a truly family orientated sport.
By becoming a member of this Association, be it a full or Clubman member, you will benefit greatly from the package that we provide. Clubman members automatically receive extensive insurance cover, free advice on all shooting matters and nine issues of our free award-winning in house Pull! magazine. On top of this, by becoming a full member, the right is gained to compete in our registered Championships that are organised across the country as well as the chance to shoot for your county, region or country.
To have a go at this truly addictive sport, contact the CPSA for details of your nearest ground.
